A Pennsylvanian judge on Thursday has reversed a decision made by a lower court. The new ruling sides with President Donald Trump’s campaign efforts. The ruling effectively excludes over two thousand election ballots because they do not have a date associated with them. The Commonwealth Court judge ruled that 2,349 absentee ballots in Allegheny County are now invalid.

This recent decision is juxtaposed against failed prior efforts of the Trump campaign to have ballots stricken from the vote tally that they allege have been fraudulently included. The president’s legal team has issued appeals in the prior cases.
